- Conduct market research and analysis to identify Real Estate investment opportunities
- Evaluate potential properties and assess their financial viability
- Prepare financial models, cash flow projections, and investment memos
- Assist in due diligence process, including property inspections and document review
- Collaborate with brokers, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate Real Estate transactions
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the Real Estate industry
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Knowledge of Real Estate law and fair housing regulations
- Familiarity with property management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus
