Join our team as a Dispositions Manager, where your marketing and sales expertise will play a pivotal role in our ongoing expansion. Real Estate Experience

  • 1 year

Time Requirement
Must be available 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST with the expectation that some time outside of these hours may be required. (i.e. Evenings and Saturdays)

Promotion Pathway:

  • For individuals demonstrating exemplary effort and results over a 10-12 month period, there's an opportunity for promotion.

Fairness in Evaluation for Raises and Promotions:

  • At the 10-month mark, your performance will undergo review. We consider both quantitative metrics and qualitative aspects such as teamwork, positivity, openness, and responsibility.

Compensation:

$100,000 At-Plan Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with investment property buyers
  • Qualify potential clients and understand their needs
  • Present and position investment opportunities to qualified buyers
  • Overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase contracts
  • Track sales activities and lead notes in software database
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively build relationships over time
  • Able to process details quickly, and create win/win solutions
  • Real estate and/or investment knowledge is preferred
  • Past sales experience, especially phone sales is a plus
  • Be enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate.
  • Must want to be part of an energized, hungry, and growing team. Must be teachable and open-minded
