Upbound Group Inc Summer 2024 Internship candidates will take part in a ten-week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 3 to August 9, 2024.

The Real Estate Developer Analyst will partner with the Real Estate team providing direct exposure to a variety of professionals from varying industries and levels of experience.

You will have an assigned mentor and manager for the duration of the program.

What We Are Looking For:
- Paid Internship: $20.00 per hour
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior or recent graduate of an accredited four-year college or university.
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher
- Previous work or classroom experience in one of the following is preferred: Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Urban Planning
- Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Must be able to work M-F; 8 am - 5 pm onsite at Upbound's Corporate office in Plano.
- Reliable transportation
What You Will Do:
The Real Estate Developer Analyst will partner with the Real Estate team providing direct exposure to a variety of professionals from varying industries and levels of experience.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Analytical and administrative projects related to our Real Estate strategy and annual construction/leasing plans
- Mapping and data analysis; store location site reviews; store lease negotiation; construction management and store design; property management and lease administration
- Exposure to a broad variety of Real Estate functions within the team and will offer opportunities to build internal relationships with other teams as well as external relationships with Real Estate landlords, vendors and general contractors
