Compensation:$100,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Followup with provided leads according to our established model that we teach you
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with the area Real Estate market and current Real Estate trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Show a track record of Real Estate success
