Antonoplos & Associates seeks an attorney with 7 years of commercial Real Estate experience for our Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of DC Real Estate law and significant experience working on commercial Real Estate transactions. An all-around Real Estate practitioner who can capably draft and review leases and purchase/sale agreements will be a good fit for this position. Experience with Real Estate finance and/or Real Estate development is a plus. The work requires excellent organizational and drafting skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines. Portable business is welcome, but not required. There may be flexibility with a title based on experience level. Admission to practice in the District of Columbia is required.
