Real Estate And Property Coordinator/ Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate property compliance filings with various counties
• Facilitate R&M
• Rent collections.
• New leases for 32-unit tenant property
• Provide administrative assistance (eg. Letters, notes, inspections etc)
• Receive emails and / or phone calls regarding maintenance issues.
• Document client maintenance issues in the computer system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with service providers and select on vendor.
• Obtain approval of cost estimate on vendor proposal from supervisor.
• Schedule the selected vendor for the service.
• Communicate with client locations and service vendors to ensure work orders are completed and document accurate notes in computer system.
• Follow established guidelines for operating procedures, quality and productivity.
• Responsible for the entire life cycle of the work order from start to finish.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education. Prefer candidate with some post – secondary education, or previous experience in a procurement, and / or supplies management program.
• Possess articulate written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate in a timely and appropriate manner to all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrate problem solving, analytical skills.
• Dependable, working with a sense of urgency. Demonstrated past performance containing high energy and delivering positive results.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills with an ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills
• Ability to perform and complete on time multiple tasks at the same time

Ability to meet and sustain the physical requirements, which may include but not limited to stand standing for long periods of time,
