Meta Realty is currently interviewing licensed Real Estate sales associates
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Advertise and promote properties through various marketing channels
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, such as lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
Experience:
- New or Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken in the local market
- Have an active or inactive Minnesota Real Estate license (and wish to activiate it)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset to provide exceptional service to clients
- Proficient in Real Estate administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and documents
- Proven sales skills to effectively market and sell properties
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
