About the role:
Falaya is looking for a licensed and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team in Texas. As a Falaya agent, you are able to sell nationwide where Falaya is available while still working with buyers and sellers in your local market. We provide you with transaction management, technology tools, and support so you can focus on people, not processes.
Our rewarding compensation structure allows you to earn income immediately. We do not charge desk fees, monthly fees, or a fee to sign up.
This is an 100% commission based independent contractor (1099) role. Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Real Estate license.
What you'll do:
- Prospect for new business via phone and electronic communication.
- Assist clients with buying and selling Real Estate, supported by the Falaya Transaction Management team and technology tools.
- Reach out and follow up with company provided leads.
- Present Falaya’s unique selling platform for easy conversations with prospects.
- Stay up to date with Real Estate news.

Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or as a Real Estate Agent.
- Tech-savvy
- Focused, reliable self-starter with ability to prioritize effectively.
- Maintain high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive demeanor, whether interacting virtually or in person.
- You are a people person and highly responsive.
- A high degree of ownership, independence, and dedication to work quickly and accurately in an evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Holds a Real Estate License.
