Compensation:$100,000 - $198,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Thrives working with a tight-knit company where collaboration and teamwork are expected
- Client communication, service, and follow-up
- Show homes, go on appointments, or present in person and via Zoom
- Hold open houses
- Pipeline management and follow-up
- Write contracts
- Negotiate contracts and repairs
- Attend training
- A Georgia Real Estate license is required
- Sales experience
- Local knowledge of the area engaged local network, active on social media
- Enjoy meeting new people and making connections
- Ability to use and learn technology
- Record of sales success does not have to be in the Real Estate field
- Achiever, you like to get after it!
- Flexible availability; nights and weekends are typically necessary to be successful
