Our Brand Ambassador of First & Lasting Impressions serves as our Agent Concierge and must prioritize our associates’ needs so that they receive our expected & exceptional level of service provided to our Agent Partners.
The Brand Ambassador of First & Lasting Impressions will be responsible for the appearance of the office's common areas and ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. You will want to have a relationship-based attitude since we have a culture of agent & customer-centric partnerships & you will need to have an enthusiasm for connecting with new people & greeting everyone as they come in.
As the Brand Ambassador of First & Lasting Impressions, you are the first person everyone meets in the office.
The Brand Ambassador of First & Lasting Impressions will support in creating & maintaining our online and SM presence. As well as scheduling & planning office events. Assisting the current team in creating an environment of fun, growth & productivity.
Compensation:$16 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:- Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
- Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
- Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
