THE MONEY STUFF: It's straightforward and no nonsense. WE DON'T CHARGE A MONTHLY DESK FEE. Our annual cap is one of the lowest in the industry at just $16K, yes, that's really it! Very progressive splits, 80/20 in favor for Experienced Agents, 70/30 in favor for New Agents.
We Also Don't Require You to Join or Pay any Additional National or State Association's Dues. (National Association of Realtors and the King County Association of Realtors). Many Real Estate offices still force you to pay these Annual Association Dues - Regardless of whether or not you sell a home, these dues can cost you well over $1000 per year. WE DON'T.
