We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful Real Estate transaction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Duties (we prepare our agents to be able to do the following):
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with Real Estate market trends and changes
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is a plus – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Michigan Real Estate License (Preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
