Responsibilities:

1. COLD CALLING: Proactively reach out to potential clients.

2. Assist clients: Guide clients in buying and selling properties.

3. Market research: Conduct research to determine property values and competitive prices.

4. Connect: Engage with buyers and sellers to facilitate transactions.

5. Create and maintain listings: Develop and update listings of available properties.

6. Show properties: Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers.

7. Negotiation advice: Advise clients on the negotiation process to reach favorable agreements.

8. Coordinate closings: Manage property closings, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all necessary documents.

9. Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast of Real Estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications:
