Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent with Cook & Associates Real Estate Advisors, you will have access to an abundance of Paid Google leads and opportunities to grow your business. You must be located in the greater Phoenix area but it can be a remote position. This is a commission based only salary. Your responsibilities will include: Your responsibilities will include:

· Responding promptly to incoming leads from various sources, including online inquiries, referrals, and marketing efforts.

· Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

· Conducting property showings, open houses, and virtual tours.

· Providing expert guidance on the home buying or selling process.

· Negotiating and drafting Real Estate contracts, offers, and agreements.

· Collaborating with team members and industry professionals to ensure successful transactions.

· Utilizing our lead management systems to maximize your efficiency.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

· An active Real Estate License in Arizona

· Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably with a successful track record.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads and clients simultaneously.

· A self-motivated and proactive attitude.

· Proficiency in Real Estate software and CRM systems.
