As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their Real Estate needs and preferences.

- Conduct property tours and showings to potential buyers.

- Assist clients in pricing their properties appropriately for the market.

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients.

- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.

- Stay current on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.

- Collaborate with other Real Estate professionals, including lenders, appraisers, and attorneys, to facilitate transactions.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Real Estate license in Georgia.

- Proven track record of success in Real Estate sales preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

- Knowledge of local Real Estate market trends and neighborhoods.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Real Estate software and CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
