```Duties```
As a Real Estate Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, providing guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process. Your duties will include:

- Assisting clients in determining their Real Estate needs and preferences
- Conducting market research to identify potential properties that meet clients' criteria
- Arranging property showings and accompanying clients during visits
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Advising clients on pricing strategies based on market conditions
- Negotiating offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients
- Drafting and reviewing Real Estate contracts and other legal documents
- Coordinating property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Facilitating smooth closings by working closely with lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction
