As the Acquisitions Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzingpotential investment properties, negotiating contracts, and coordinating the acquisition process. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for leads - we provide extensive prospecting training and a number of options and tools to use for prospecting purposes.
- Identify potential Real Estate Acquisitions through various channels, including direct marketing, networking, referrals, and agents.
- Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to source potential acquisition opportunities.
- Meet with homeowners and take pictures of properties.
- Coordinate due diligence activities, including property inspections, title searches, and environmental assessments.
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents with sellers and brokers.
- Assist in the coordination of the property acquisition process, ensuring all necessary documents and processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with past appointments and leads. (Deals are typically closed on the appointment, but some require extensive relationship building and follow up)
- Update CRM in a timely manner with information from appointments and follow-up communications.
- Upload pictures of properties from appointments and walkthroughs.
- Be on time and engaged for all meetings.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights, ideas, and strategies to enhance the acquisition process and improve overall performance.
- Attend sales trainings weekly and be actively involved in team discussions around those trainings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry standards related to Real Estate Acquisitions.
- Communicate insights and information back to the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales related role, is a plus.
- Passionate about selling.
- Must be self-motivated and tenacious with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in using technology and Real Estate analysis software.
- Superior written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills to multi-task and manage projects within tight deadlines with different levels of priority.
- Must be results oriented.
- Financially driven with a motive to earn.
- Strong organizational skills.
- All applicants must agree to a background check prior to hire.
Compensation:
- Salary for training period, Commission only after training. Earning potential 75k-120k
