Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

Fast growing Real Estate wholesaling company is looking for an experienced and aggressive Acquisitions manager/sales rep to follow up with all warm Real Estate seller leads and close them. We are looking to purchase as many properties off market as possible

Sales rep will be responsible for calling and negotiating on the phone with all homeowner leads to present an offer to purchase their home and close the sale. Real Estate closing experience is a must, have experience with off market sales, novations, and creative seller financing

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Call and build rapport with sellers
• Negotiate a price to purchase their property, close and sign them up
• Calculate ARV's, rehab costs/timelines, purchase price
• Follow up with all leads

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Real Estate off market sales closing experience
• Motivated
• Accountable
• Willing to cold call customers off a list provided

Compensation: commission based,$1k-$2k/closed deal. Bonus on the backend based on performance. Ability to close 10-15 deals/month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
