Palladium Investments, Inc. is currently seeking High Caliber agents to add to our growing acquisitions team.

Palladium Investments specializes in Acquiring and Selling off market Investment properties throughout the
states of Florida and Georgia. Our proven method and process provides excellent and worthwhile investment
opportunities for our clients. We leverage our proprietary marketing methods to acquire investment properties.

You will be walking into an established company with a proven system in place, provided with qualified leads, and receive systemized hands-on/live training. We provide all the right tools you need, including Technology, Leads, Training, Hands-on coaching, and Resources to be successful in our business. We have a proven training and onboarding process that basically guarantees your success!
Commission Based Position plus additional bonuses and prizes given to our top-producers.
An average starting Acquisition Agent should expect to make anywhere between $2,500 and $7,500 a month. A seasoned agent with experience could expect to make much more than $10,000 per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute calling strategy on all inbound and outbound leads.
Executing cold and warm lead calling procedures to acquire properties.
Negotiating terms and price coherently and closing Acquisitions.
Preparing purchase contracts.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the industry.
Networking with Real Estate Agents and other Real Estate Professionals
Attending weekly company and acquisition meetings.
Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas and maintaining an accurate log of KPI’s.
Promptly responding to emails, and completing tasks assigned.
