Real Estate Accountant

**Job Title:** Real Estate Accountant
We're seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Accountant to join our growing team. If you have a knack for numbers, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
- Maintain Yardi for updates on rents, leases, and property details.
- Handle Sales Tax filings for all properties.
- Assist with various accounting analyses and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and process accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in budget preparation and special projects as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- 2-5 years of commercial Real Estate accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
