Responsibilities:
- Be able to create curriculum for child’s reading journey.
- Provide support to students with their daily tasks and activities
- Ability to learn topics the child does not understand
- Maintain a safe and clean class environment
- Help with class management and behavior management strategies
- Create structured lesson plans individually to help child’s academic progress.

- understanding of how to maintain a good relationship with children and parents
Experience:
- Previous experience working with elementary level, education degree, or relevant degree is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with children
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Knowledge of basic math concepts for instructional support
- Understanding of childcare and childhood development principles
- Experience working in a daycare or similar educational setting is a plus
