Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented R&D Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical and automation of industrial equipment design, with a focus on developing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and develop new products
Design and develop mechanical and automation systems for industrial equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet customer requirements and industry standards
Perform testing and validation of new designs to ensure performance and reliability
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in research and development, with a focus on mechanical and automation of industrial equipment design
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
