Work with leaders and teammates across Hero to maximize outcomes and minimize impact to practices and revenue cycle. Analyze work, processes and results to identify strengths and opportunities. Leverage this information to increase cash and decrease adjustments and AR. Demonstrate working knowledge of requirements governing revenue cycle.Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. 5 years of experience with Revenue Cycle including fluency with codes such as CPT/CDT/HCPCS, ICD-10, ANSI/Response/Denial codes, and others. 5 years of experience with Claim Cycles including submission, adjudication, EOB/ERA. 5 years of experience resolving denied claims through corrections and/or appeals. 5 years of experience with Payer Policies and Requirements including those around coverage, billing and reimbursement. 2 years of experience utilizing Reports to identify issues and trends, determine root cause, and design solutions. Intermediate fluency in Excel.Desired Qualifications Experience with eClinicalWorks Experience with Dental Revenue Cycle Experience with Remote Work
