```Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment
Qualifications:
40 hours RBT course and be Registered with the Board
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities is a plus
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Skills:
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with data collection methods and procedures
- Understanding of positive reinforcement strategies
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors using appropriate techniques
- Proficient in using technology for data collection and communication
