Available positions:
- ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians: Quantum is looking to fill a part-time position (flexibility for 6-20 hrs/week) in Simsbury, CT. Hours for this position would include after-school/early evening hours in a home setting in Simsbury, Avon, or Granby, CT with flexibility as to the days of the week and number of days, and the potential for weekend hours if interested. Perfect for a college student, or for a paraprofessional or teacher looking to pick up extra hours after school.
- ABA Therapists/Behavior Technicians: Quantum is looking to fill a position in a home setting in the Harwinton/Burlington/Plainville, CT area. This position would be part-time, daytime hours (approx. 9 hours per week) with the potential for an additional 4-15 hours per week if you are interested in working after-school or weekend hours in the Simsbury/Avon/Granby, CT area. Perfect for a college student, or for a paraprofessional or teacher looking to pick up extra hours after school.

The ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician position is a great way for recent graduates and current students to begin their careers, however, anyone with relevant training, experience, or interest is encouraged to apply. If you enjoy working with children in a hands-on environment and helping children learn and grow, this position may be a good fit. We also offer the opportunity to earn your Registered Behavior Technician certification under the training and supervision of our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) clinicians. Behavior Technicians provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for clients in the home setting under the guidance of a BCBA and help support our clients to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Driver’s license required
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to create a positive, energetic, and creative learning environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
