Overview:
As a key member of the Upstream Clinical Development team, the Raintree Support Specialist provides support to the Help Desk team, the Software Development team, the Clinical Development department, and the user community by assisting with the smooth operation of the Raintree environment. This person will also assist with implementing and supporting EMR/Patient Portal applications, custom reports, training and education, and end-user support. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
  • Centralizes support and creation of case assignments to Raintree NetSuite providing documentation and recording as needed.
  • Monitor support for each case assignment to improve performance of NetSuite case completion.
  • Partner with Manager of Software Development for monthly releases of Raintree updates to all environments.
  • Partner with IT team for the integrity of the Raintree landscape for DEV, TEST, PROD and TRAIN environments.
  • Help develop training requirements for Raintree application based on monthly changes being applied to the system.
  • Provide weekly reporting for NetSuite activity using a priority method with user and executive assignment to gain awareness across the organization.
  • Partner with QA team for final test procedures for signoff and release to Raintree Production.
  • Work in QA Complete for Raintree application support and internal visibility in IT.
  • Troubleshoot Raintree issues with escalation to Raintree support as deemed necessary.
  • Must understand how the company functions in relation to how Raintree works to be able to provide support to all members of the company.
  • Communicates with management regarding concerns and issues that affect the performance of these systems, the users’ experience and services to the user community.
  • Creates, maintains and distributes proper training manuals, guides and reference documentation as necessary.
  • Attends ongoing vendor education meetings.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and experience with Raintree
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and processes
  • Proficiency in Raintree.
  • Strong organizational skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem -solving skills for cross functional areas
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Takes accountability for delivering quality results
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
