Reports To: Railroad Construction Foreman

Company Overview: Our company is a leading provider of railroad construction and maintenance services. We specialize in the construction, repair, and maintenance of RAILROAD TRACKs, bridges, and other related infrastructure.

Position Overview: As a Railroad Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the construction and maintenance of RAILROAD TRACKs and other related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of RAILROAD TRACKs, bridges, and other related infrastructure
  • Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, and saws
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Clean and prepare construction sites
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned by the Railroad Construction Foreman

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction or related field
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Willingness to work in outdoor environments
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Must be able to work in a physically demanding role

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
