Rail Terminal Operator (Entry Level)

We are hiring immediately for Rail Terminal Operators to join our ever-growing team for a full-time permanent position in a recession-proof industry working at the CSX Chambersburg, PA Rail Terminal! No Experience is required in this Entry Level position as we'll teach you everything you need to know to be successful on the job. This is an essential job with year round work. The job is a combination Hostler Driver / Groundperson.

Starting Rate:

• $19.48
• Make $55,000-$70,000+ in hourly pay in your 1st year with overtime factored in!

Shift

• Start time is 5 pm (5 days a week + the possibility of an extra day)
• You could work ElGHT to FOURTEEN hours daily.

Applicants for the Jockey Driver/Groundperson position must meet the general requirements for employment with the company, according to the Company hiring process which include:

• Must be at least 18 years old & have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a 7-year background check. Any felonies in the last 7 years of jail time in the last 5 years could disqualify applicants.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a Physical Capabilities Test.
• (No GED or diploma required)

APPLICANTS MUST currently live within a 45 minute commute of business location. OUT OF AREA candidates and/or those requiring relocation will NOT be considered.

This job would be suitable for persons looking for jobs in a warehouse, as a truck driver with or without a CDL. as a delivery driver, working outdoors, and doing landscaping.

You will be employed directly by Pacific Rail Services and not by the Railroad.
