*12 WEEK CONTRACT* Radiology / Cardiology/ Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Shift: 7a to 8a start time and 8 hour shifts Daily Caseload per tech: 7 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: (Y/N) Yes, every 4th Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes, every 4th. Week of call is 7 days (includes weekend) and its usually every 4-5 weeks that they take a week of call. They cover 2 hospitals when on call. All on call cases are screened by the Cardiologist on call to ensure the need for the tech being paged. Every single of our 8 locations is within 15-30 mins of each other. They will not float mid shift to another location. Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Yes Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes, can float between Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, and Skokie as needed Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days Guaranteed Hours: Can be low censused once a calendar month without penalty Special Requirements: Equipment/Scanner Experience required- Phillips, BCLS, RDCS- Adult, RCS required, Echo Procedure Experience required- Bubble Study, Contract Agents, Pharm Stress Echoes, Treadmill Stress Echos, Work Setting Experience required- ER. Pediatric experience required. COVID Vaccine required. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 719 Scrub Color: any scrubs as long as it doesn t have a logo on it Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Staff who work the day and evening shifts can shuttle from Ryan Field, the service is available Monday through Friday. No shuttle on weekends or holidays, will be allowed to park in parking structure on the south side of the lot. Please remember staff must complete an application; present to parking office and receive a sticker that needs to be displayed on rear window. For night parking, go to the parking office to arrange payment at the employee rate before shift. Auto payment may also be set up. Fees apply to days and mids, XX15 bi-weekly. No cost for nights
