SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: 4 X 9 HOUR SHIFTS RTO: MAX 7 days WEEKENDS: Every other weekend CALL REQUIREMENTS: 10 days/month HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Thanksgiving/Black Friday: Thursday, November 23 & Friday November 24 Christmas Eve and Day: Sunday, December 24 & Monday, December 25 New Year s Eve and Day: Sunday, December 31 & Monday, January 1 Memorial Day: Monday, May 27 Independence Day: Thursday, July 4 Labor Day: Monday, September 2 FLOATING: Within facility and to sister campus if needed SCRUBS: Provided COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years PATIENT POPULATION: Adults to Geriatrics - Cath Lab tech - Diagnostic cath, PCI, orbital atherectomy, IABP, Impella, EP studies & device implants UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC, CSI, GE discovery REQUIRED SKILLS: RCIS, RCES or ARRT CV, BCLS, ACLS, Scrub experience, Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Ablations, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertions, Right heart catherizations, Hemodynamic monitoring, & Rhythm interpretation/EKGs. *NO TRAVEL PAIRS WILL BE ACCEPTED
