Gray Urgent Care is seeking a Full time Radiology Technologist who enjoys all aspects of patient care. We are looking for a Team player with effective communication skills and multi-tasking to join our small practice. The radiology technologist will work in a dual role as a medical assistant by being the firsthand assistant to this sole medical provider clinic. The radiology technologist ensures the best quality experience and performance using our up-to-date mobile imaging. The Radiology Technologist is vital to ensuring & exceeding the expectations of our patient's experience.
Please note that we are a COVID-19 testing location.
Responsibilities
- Must be available for 4 day, 10 hour shifts from 8am-6pm
- No weekends, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or Easter.
- Greet patients and provide instructions to all visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain the readiness of the urgent care clinical rooms, x-ray, and x-ray room
- Perform specified clinic tasks and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Determine and collect each patient’s medical history and chief complaint
- Assist the medical provider as required
- Provide overall support for Provider and medical operations
- Obtain vital signs
- Obtain and document patient history
- Understand and enforce standard healthcare regulatory requirements
- Collect and maintain all patient and business documents while maintaining confidentiality
- Perform office procedures including all x-ray duties
- Document Electronic Medical Record (EMR) all medical interventions
- Assure HIPAA and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) compliance
Minimum Qualifications
Certified radiology technologist. Urgent care experience preferred, but not required. Certification & experience as a medical assistant a plus, but not required.

Salary: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
