Responsibilities:
Mobile Imaging Services: Operate mobile X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging services at various locations, including healthcare facilities, clinics, and other settings.
Patient-Centered Care: Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients during mobile imaging procedures, addressing any concerns and providing clear instructions.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in performing imaging procedures in diverse environments while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, physicians, and support staff to coordinate mobile imaging schedules and provide timely and accurate diagnostic images.
Equipment Management: Perform regular maintenance checks on mobile X-ray equipment and report any issues for prompt resolution.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of mobile imaging procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Radiation Safety: Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols, minimizing exposure risks for both patients and healthcare personnel.
Continuing Education: Stay informed about advancements in mobile radiologic technology through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
License: Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
Mobile Imaging Experience: Previous experience in mobile radiography is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different environments and work independently in a mobile setting.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly within a dynamic mobile imaging team.
