Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace
• Provide direction and training to your team in efforts to continually provide stellar guest service while maintaining operational consistency and efficiency
• Take orders in a timely manner while operating the POS system & cash register
• Promptly address customer issues & refer customers to management when necessary
• Assemble orders, ensure accuracy, & deliver to customers in a timely manner
• Prepare menu items using our tried-and-true family recipes
• Prep product for current and subsequent shifts
• Work as a team to accomplish goals
• Place orders for the store, complete/oversee daily, weekly and monthly inventory
• Team meetings and regular communication with Area Manager and Ownership

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly & work well in a fast-paced, time pressured environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends
• 1+ Year experience in hospitality (register, POS, prep/line cook, and/or expo)
• Food Handler Cert

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
