Customer Service Representative
Seeking an organized individual to join our Client for the role of Customer Service Representative in Coeur D'Alene, ID! As the Customer Service Representative, you will primarily be responsible for guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
This DIRECT-HIRE opportunity offers $16.17/hr + $2/HR incentive bonus, $500 sign-on bonus, 30 days of onsite training and then will turn into a hybrid role!
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Answering incoming phone calls by participants and assist them with their questions
- Making outbound call-backs, as needed
- Responding to incoming emails from participants
- Following all policies as they relate to privacy and security
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Prior Customer Service/call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused
