SalaryQuant researcher/ trader (mandarin required)
Job responsibilities:
l Develops and implements complex quantitative trading models and strategies.
l Apply statistics and machine learning techniques to analyze large data sets to identify market opportunities.
l Monitors the performance of your trading system in real time and makes adjustments to maximize strategy performance.
l Work with teams to co-design and improve quantitative strategies and trading algorithms.
l Research the latest financial market trends, quantitative techniques and algorithmic trading methods.
Job Requirements:
l A master's or doctoral degree in computer science, financial engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
l At least 2 years of quantitative trading or analysis experience, securities and futures market experience is preferred.
l Proficient in Python, C++, or other programming languages with the ability to work with large data sets.
l In-depth knowledge and practical experience in statistics and machine learning algorithms.
l Ability to work independently in high pressure environments with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
l Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex quantitative concepts and strategies.
l Good command of written and spoken Chinese/English is a must.

l 能够在高压环境中独立工作，具备出色的分析和解决问题的能力。
l 优秀的沟通技巧，能够清晰地表达复杂的量化概念和策略。
l 必须具备良好的中文/英语书写和口语能力。
