The objective of this role
The Quality/SDI Inspector - Government/Marine Accounts position is responsible for assuring that the products we sell are manufactured and assembled in accordance with established government standards and safety regulations. Additional duties include supporting and providing additional support as needed to our warehouse operations during peak hours or absences.
Delivering an exceptional customer experience will be the primary area of responsibility for the Quality/SDI Inspector. They will be supported by customer support reps, product service reps, the pricing team, purchasing/inventory control, credit/collections, sales and operations. "Key" accounts will get priority on resources committed and should expect the highest level of service we can organizationally deliver.
