Omni Technologies is looking for a Quality Technician to promote and ensure the quality of products produced by providing practiced, hands-on support.

Essential job duties:
- Provide support to manufacturing to assure the quality of goods produced.
- Perform physical inspections of completed items and WIP to validate manufacturing process parameters.
- Perform dimensional inspections and validate tooling on first articles.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing processes with operators to improve the production yield, decrease lost time, and reduce rework.
- Aid in process development and documentation.
- Provide real time, constructive feedback to operators regarding quality or process issues.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping in all department work areas.
- Promote teamwork.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years working in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years quality auditor experience highly preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor highly preferred
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Mathematical ability

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
