QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum 1-year experience in electrical repair, troubleshooting, or industrial controls wiring preferred.
- Experience in high power circuit preferred
- Physical cert. by company doctor for lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams. PC literate.
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to proficiently use various pieces of test equipment.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Coordinate with external Technicians for routine calibrations.
- Perform prevenative maintenance
- Maintain ATE Test Jigs
- Provide daily Production Line Support
- Aid in ATE troubleshooting and mainteance.
- Keeep and maintain all production jigs and reecords
- Participate in audits
- Assist Engineering on Incoming Product Inspection
- Wire and build Test Panels.
- Assemble interconnection cabling and electrical test fixtures.
- Build Test Panels and Safety Shields.
- Understanding of YAI QC standards and processes and the ability to implement them.
- Keep QC Bench Maintained and Clean
- Assist in Monthly IPQ Troubleshooting and Reporting
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects.
- Perform other duties as required.
