- Review Production batch records and job packets for completeness and cGMP compliance and initiate associated corrections.

- Compile and report metrics on quality system(s). Routinely communicate data to ensure that continuous improvement(s) is visible and monitored.
- Release in-process and finished products upon completion of batch record and job packet review.
- Perform in-line manufacturing quality walkthroughs daily.
- Provides Quality oversight to GMP operations.
- Support on-the-floor manufacturing activities with routine presence in the assigned manufacturing area.
- Oversee compliance of Pest Control program.
- Facilitate Quality Management Systems as needed.
- Provide customer returns processing support.
- Support Quality department in internal audits as needed.
- Support Quality systems investigations as needed.
- Willing to cross train on duties defined in the Technician Program Matrix as dictated by Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (preferred), or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
- Previous GMP experience preferred.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment which may include lifting up to 25 pounds for extended periods of time throughout the day.
- This position involves sitting for extended periods of time, however, may be exposed to manufacturing areas where moving mechanical parts and heavy machinery are located.
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm (shifts may vary based on needs of the company)
- Occasional overtime may be required
- No travel required
