Job Description
The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality of the company's products and services. They will work with all levels of the organization to ensure that quality standards are met and that customers are satisfied.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. They will also have experience in a manufacturing or service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality plans and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate quality performance
- Identify and resolve quality issues
- Work with suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards
- Train employees on quality procedures
- Respond to customer complaints
- Maintain quality records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a quality management role
- Proficiency in quality management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
