- Inspect harnesses according to the Inspection List provided by the Quality Resident Engineer.
- Rework harnesses that take less than 3 minutes at MBUSI.
- Submit Inspection Report to the Resident Engineer at the end of the shift.
- Inform the Quality Resident Engineer & the Quality Manager all issues reported by the line in real time.
- Be in close communication with the Quality Resident Engineer to maintain smooth production.
- Support reworks / inspection activity at ARD & Tier 1 as needed.
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to see details.
- Ability to work with people.
- Be able to work overtime.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience working in Manufacturing Industry.
Working Conditions:
- Rotate between first and second shift.
- Able to support off-shift and/or weekend operations.
Minimum Education.
- High school Diploma
