- Develop and Implement Quality Management System
- Plan, implement and maintain a quality system in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain and revise the TPP Quality Guide and quality system procedures as needed.
- Perform and document the following per TPP QMS:
- Receiving / Receiving Inspection (purchased product including sub-contracted orders)
- Review and inspection of customer supplied materials
- Material Inspection
- In-Process / First Piece/Final/First Article Inspections using Customer Supplied Inspections
- Reports or create Inspection Reports using Inspection Xpert Software
- Job specific inspection pack for operators: pull inspection tooling for job
- Nonconforming Material Control
- Provide Tool and Gage Control
- Utilize CMM Manager software and CMM
- Use Job Boss (ERP Software) as necessary
- Analyze and resolves work problems or assist workers in solving production related issues.
- Represent the company in quality related matters with clients, representatives, and suppliers.
- Identify, document, and investigate problems relating to quality, recommend solutions, and ensure corrective action.
- Ensure proper documentation and trace ability of manufactured items.
- Assist as needed. (Sales, Estimating, Tooling, Purchasing, Routing, Programing)
- Adjust, clean, or repair products or processing equipment to correct defects found during inspections.
- Must know how to read blueprints.
- Must have GD&T experience and how to complete FAI.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to follow instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
