Quality Engineer Manufacturing - $100-115K

Qualifications and Experience Level
o Bachelor’s Degree required in a scientific or engineering discipline
o Minimum of 3-5 years quality experience in a manufacturing environment
o Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / AS 9100:2016 / ISO 13485:2016 / Nadcap
o Basic process statistics
o Internal QMS Auditing
o Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers

Roles and Responsibilities
o Review customer contracts, drawings, and specifications for quality requirements
o New product planning team member
o Validate and document processes for new products in production
o Develop in-process inspection plans as needed
o Support and lead Non-Conformances and Corrective Action’s processes
o Lead the Material Review Board process
o Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
o Establish/revise Standard Operating Procedures as needed to conform to industry and corporate standards
o Collect and analyze inspection data
o Perform workstations audits
o Provide training on Quality issues and business processes
o Support and lead continuous process improvement activities
o Support external and internal audits
