Key activities for the person in this role include but are not limited to:
- Promote and adhere to AS9100, customer, and QMS requirements and objectives.
- Review and prepare certification packages for product that is approved to ship, in accordance with customer requirements.
- Review vendor Material Test Reports to ensure material meets specification.
- File and maintain quality records.
- Responsible for reviewing customer purchase orders and specifications, and ensuring applicable requirements are satisfied and applicable requirements have been flowed to suppliers.
- Achieve and maintain self-release delegate (DSQR) certification.
- Prepare SDRs and submits for assigned product and ensure Syteline and Submit Log are kept up to date.
- Actively seek opportunities to reduce waste in quality and affected processes.
- Attend ETFH Internal Auditor Training and perform internal audits and supplier audits, when needed.
- Assist Quality Manager, as needed, with customer, AS9100, and NADCAP audits.
