Provide Quality Engineering support at ultrasound probe manufacturing facility including:
- QMS Track Lead for 1/ HV Manufacturing, 2/ SC Manufacturing) R&R: Part of the QMS Integration Project, interacting with QMS Element Core teams.
- Lead and or support validation/qualification of new processes and equipment. Provide quality guidance to engineering in this area.
- Part of System Integration Track team to represent quality function and ensure QMS related activities are considered by IT integration project.
- Lead corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) projects.
- Review manufacturing document updates to support integration.
- Investigate manufacturing quality issues, both internally and with suppliers.
- Support projects to improve aspects of the manufacturing and service processes.
- Train others on quality procedures
