SalaryAssist and perform a variety of general tasks where and when needed within the Quality and Inventory departments.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
What you get to do as a QC Utility Associate
- Work with the QC team to take temperatures of inbound product
- Assist the operations team with Outbound Consolidation.
- Operate equipment to assist with QC and Inventory related movement and put away tasks.
- Assist with damage consolidation within warehouse
- Operate equipment safely, follow safe work practices, maintain a safe work area, and adhere to food safety policies
What you bring
- General knowledge of produce experience preferred
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalency
- Ideally, prior knowledge of Four Seasons Produce, Inc. operations
- Ability to learn general computer related functions
- Ability to be trained and demonstrate flexibility with diverse functions
- Must be able to distinguish colors for grading produce and have keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills
- Adequate interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Ability to efficiently work independently
