JOB SUMMARY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, JOB REQUIREMENTS
SUMMARY
Our Quality Control Specialists are responsible for upholding and periodically evaluating various areas of the property management operations. You will ensure the organization meets the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide in-depth overall compliance and Quality Control for a variety of processes.
Evaluates and provide feedback from a strategic level to ensure that services meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
Collaborates with management and senior staff across applicable departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards.
Upholds quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
Provide thorough feedback and results concerning departments to applicable management.
Upkeep Quality Control documentation such as checklists, spreadsheets, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
Conducts random inspections and Quality Control checks.
Periodically reports the status of Quality Control and operations to the Director of Quality Control.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Availability to travel intermittently or multiple days consecutively at a time.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task
Basic math skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to adapt to a variety of environments
