We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
• Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
• Implement and improve Quality Control operating procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
• Participate in routine visual inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required ​​Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in Quality Control
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Excel skills

*Work Environment

*This job operates in a professional office environment and manufacturing floor as duties dictate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role must also be aware of the daily manufacturing environment, i.e. forklift traffic, running equipment, etc.

This position requires the successful candidate to lift 50 pounds.

*Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

*This is a full-time position, hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
