Job Description
We are looking for an individual to join our growing team as a Quality Control Specialist. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be inspecting incoming and outgoing devices manufactured and distributed by Examinetics to ensure conformance to specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspection of all product lines and areas of conformance to specifications (inspection procedures and engineering drawings); conduct visual inspection and test components/assemblies in production, assembly, and post-production.
- Verify calibration status of critical equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain and record quality testing information as part of a DHR (Device History Record).
- Maintain quality documentation files such as inspection records within an electronic database or paper file.
- Initiate NMR (Nonconforming Material Report) for nonconforming material.
- Read and interpret documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI).
- Provide required inspection metric information.
- Document incoming support tickets with all required information.
- Perform investigation of root cause for support issues and document final disposition of related material(s).
- Must be able to work in a Team environment, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1 - 2 years’ experience in related position.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking ability.
- Proficient in the English language (speak, read, and write).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient keyboarding skills.
- Basic knowledge of iOS-based (iPad or iPhone) applications.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, web-based software.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations to calculate due dates for maintenance events.
- Ability to read specifications, procedures, and drawings.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
