Quality Control Manager

Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Location: Rapid City, SD

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with a strong background in federal projects to oversee Quality Control in a construction setting near Rapid City, SD. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Quality Control management experience on federal projects, with a strong understanding of USACE and/or NAVFAC projects. The candidate should also have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field, along with at least 5 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Quality Control procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor Quality Control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of Quality Control activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of industry experience.
• At least 2 years of Quality Control management experience on federal projects.
• Strong understanding of USACE and/or NAVFAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control standards and methodologies.
• CQM Certification
